DPC Digitals sells digital downloads only. Because files cannot be returned once they have been downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally buy the same product twice, let us know through the contact form or at hello@dpcdigitals.com with both order numbers. We will be happy to refund the duplicate amount or give you another product of equal value, whichever you prefer.
Trouble With a Download
If a file will not download, open or import, contact us with your order number, device and app. We will help you get your files working.
Shipping
Nothing is shipped. Your files are available to download as soon as your payment is complete.
