This policy explains what information DPC Digitals collects when you visit dpcdigitals.com, buy a digital product or sign up for the newsletter, and how that information is used.

Who We Are

DPC Digitals is a small digital sticker and planner shop based in Oregon, United States. You can reach us through the contact form or at hello@dpcdigitals.com.

Information We Collect

When you place an order: your name, email address and billing address, the products you bought and your order history. Your billing address is used to calculate sales tax. Payment details are entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

When you create an account: your name, email address and a password, so you can sign in to re-download your purchases.

When you join the newsletter: your email address and, if you share it, your name. The newsletter is sent through Mailchimp.

When you contact us: the information you include in your message.

When you browse the site: standard technical information such as your browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools. We may use analytics such as Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

How We Use Your Information

  • to process your order and deliver your download links
  • to calculate and collect sales tax where required
  • to provide your account, order history and downloads
  • to answer your questions and help with downloads
  • to send the newsletter, if you signed up
  • to keep the site secure and understand how it is used
  • to meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who We Share It With

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

  • our payment processor, to take payment
  • WooCommerce Tax (provided by WooCommerce and its tax partners), which receives your billing address and order total to calculate sales tax
  • Mailchimp, to deliver the newsletter
  • our website host, which stores the site and its data
  • analytics providers, to report on how the site is used

We may also share information when required by law.

Cookies

The shop uses cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Analytics cookies help us see which pages are popular. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout need them to work.

How Long We Keep It

Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to close your account. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it for the newsletter. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, contact us through the contact form or at hello@dpcdigitals.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

The site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by our payment processor. No method of storing information online is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you share with us.
