Do you love all things DPC Digitals and would love to help grow the community? There is currently an open moderator position for the DPC Digitals Facebook group!
The DPC Facebook moderator position is a special position for someone who is excited and eager to help other DPC members and help grow not only the group, but the brand. Please note – this is a very time-intensive position. You would not only be responsible for helping moderate the group, but would also be a permanent Planner Squad member and therefore tasked with those responsibilities as well. Please do not apply if you are unable to allocate the time and resources needed for this. Rest assured, there are other ways you can help support the group and brand coming up that may work better for you.
What’s Expected From You As A Moderator
The top activity expectations for moderators include:
- Help keep posts made in the group within group guidelines.
- Help build the community and keep it active by commenting on posts, running community events, etc.
- Participate fully as a DPC Planner Squad member.
- You may not be on any other PR Squad team or have your own shop/store.
Moderators act as a representative to the DPC Digitals brand and help answer questions and keep members aware of community guidelines. This means you need to be comfortable with enforcing rules as well as informing members about the rules and guidelines in a positive manner. This is a brand-based group, which means all members are customers and should be treated accordingly. If you are not comfortable with this type of interaction, please do not apply.
Keep in mind that our group is extremely active with an average of over 60 new posts every single day. Some days this number can reach over 200. This requires being able to check-in at various times throughout each day to help keep an eye on things.
To help with these requirements, if selected, you will be given access to a private, moderator-only FB group and chat. This gives you direct access to myself and the other mods for questions, comments and support. Moderators also heavily influence upcoming sets and act as beta testers for upcoming products.
In addition, as a moderator, you will also be a member of the DPC Planner Squad for as long as you are in the moderator position. As a Planner Squad member, the following additional things would be expected from you.
What’s Expected From You As a Planner Squad Member
Before Applying
- Be available to commit as a moderator and an active squad member.
- Be comfortable with contacting via messaging other DPC Digitals planner lovers on Facebook and Instagram for our Spot giveaway promotion events.
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Have an active and public Instagram account.
- Follow all DPC Digitals’ social media accounts and join all groups.
DPC Digitals Planner Squad Activity Expectations
- Share and actively participate on all DPC Digitals social media accounts and Facebook groups. This means supporting other planner lovers by engaging with the community.
- Post on your own social media accounts at least two times per week with layouts using mostly DPC Digitals products.
- Post in allowed Facebook groups at least two times per week with layouts using DPC Digitals products.
- Explore creative layouts and new ideas for using DPC Digitals products – including trying out all products, especially new releases.
- Whenever a social media post contains DPC Digitals products, use hashtags and links when possible/applicable.
- Help cross-promote new product releases or DPC Digitals events.
- Participate in DPC Digitals events such as 30-day challenges, giveaways, etc. Some of these promotions such as the “Get Spotted” giveaways involve you being comfortable with contacting others in the planner community via Facebook and Instagram messages. If you are not comfortable with this aspect, please do not apply.
- Keep future product release ideas and related information confidential when directed.
- Provide applicable product recommendations when someone asks for a recommendation within Facebook groups.
Support Each Other
- Follow other DPC Digitals Planner Squad member’s social media accounts and actively support each other by commenting and liking their posts.
- Join and actively participate in the exclusive members-only DPC Digitals Planner Squad group.
DPC Moderator Benefits
As a moderator, you will gain every benefit of the Planner Squad (listed below) as well as some extra moderator perks. The main perk is that you will be a permanent member of the squad for as long as you are a moderator. That means you do not need to reapply each term. You will also receive all DPC products currently in the shop. This includes:
- Every current DPC Digitals Sticker Bundle
- Every current version of a DPC Digitals Planner
- Every current version of the DPC Digitals Notebooks
- Every product released while you are a DPC Digitals Planner Squad Member
In addition to gaining access to the private DPC Moderator FB group and chat, you will also gain access to an exclusive members-only group for DPC Digitals Planner Squad Members where you’ll get to help determine what new products are released, get extra sneak previews of upcoming releases, and gain access to some of the behind-the-scenes adventures.
Application Requirements
The chief aim of the FB group and Planner Squad is to create a group of passionate and creative members who want to encourage and help others and also love digital planning and DPC Digitals products. With that in mind, please be sure to review all the expectations before submitting an application. If you do not feel you are able to meet these commitments, there will also be other ways to show your support for the brand.
