These terms apply to everything you download or buy from DPC Digitals at dpcdigitals.com, including digital stickers, planners, templates and freebies. By placing an order or downloading a file, you agree to them.
Digital Products
Every product in the shop is a digital download. Nothing is printed or shipped. After your payment goes through, your download links appear on the order confirmation page, in your order email and in My Account > Downloads if you checked out with an account.
Files are made for digital planning apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes and Penly. Please check the product description for the file types included and make sure they work with your device and app before you buy.
Personal Use License
When you buy or download a DPC Digitals design, you receive a license for personal use only. Personal use includes your own planning, as well as use in classrooms, churches, birthday and holiday parties and charity projects.
You may not:
- duplicate, resell, repackage or include the designs in any bundle without prior written consent
- resell any design in its original, colored, modified or printed form, individually or in a set, physical or digital
- share purchased files or images with anyone else. If a friend would like a copy, please point them to the shop so they can get their own.
All designs, characters (including the DPC Cuties) and artwork remain the property of DPC Digitals and are protected by copyright.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address where required. Payments are handled securely by our payment processor; DPC Digitals never sees or stores your full card number.
All Sales Are Final
Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and no refunds or returns are offered. See our Refund Policy for the one exception: accidental duplicate purchases.
If you are in a region with a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase, you agree that your download starts as soon as payment is complete, and that you lose that withdrawal right once the download is made available to you.

If a file will not download or open, please reach out through the contact form or at hello@dpcdigitals.com with your order number, device and app, and we will help you get your files.

Free downloads, newsletter freebies and Get Spotted giveaway sets are covered by the same personal use license. Some freebies are available for a limited time only.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
